Layaway Agreement Policy

Longhorn Tactical and Defense LLC layaway plan is simple and easy and allows you to pay for your purchase over time. All items in the LTD store are eligible for layaway. LTD layaway is available for orders over $1000.00 and has no maximum.  Upon receipt of your 25% non-refundable deposit, this is agreement to the invoice, and we will take the item out of our inventory and activate your 120-day term. All layaways are subject to a $30 surcharge.

During the layaway period, you can either make several small payments or 1 monthly payment for four months. Payments are required as per the agreement in the invoice on the dates specified for payments. You the customer are responsible for contacting LTD to make the Layaway payment via phone on the specified monthly date if smaller payments have not been made to meet the monthly minimum. Once the fourth payment has been made, we will process your order in accordance with our standard ordering, shipping, and lead time polices. No orders will be prepared or shipped in advance. Each month you must make a 25% payment to complete 100% by the fourth month payment.

Special orders: You can do a layaway on special order items. Your deposit will be processed the same way other layaway items are processed and your layaway period starts on the date specified in the invoice for payment one.

Making payments is simple. Call LTD at 936-320-8400 on your scheduled monthly date for processing of your payment. LTD accepts all major credit cards and Zelle for layaway payments.

We regret that under no circumstances will your layaway be held longer than 120 days. If payment is missed by more than 7 days your order will be cancelled and no refund will be offered for payments made.

If we haven’t received payment in full when your 120-day term expires, your layaway will be canceled, and NO payments will be refunded.

Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the deposit has been received. If a layaway is canceled for any reason or goes further than 120 days, no refund will be given. No additional layaways can be created or processed while your active layaway plan is nonpaid. If you do not complete your layaway on time, or cancel at any time, all items will be returned to stock and you will be charged no additional fees. No partial takeouts, order fulfillments, or cancellation are permitted.

A copy of a state or government issued ID must be sent to LTD and that identification will be used as agreement for invoice and proof of your digital signature on this layaway contract and its affiliated transactions. Failure to provide this identification within 24 hours of agreement will void your layaway transaction and no refund will be issued. The name on your identification must match the name on the card used for layaway transactions. The person initiating the layaway must be the same person finalizing it and making payments. By agreeing to this invoice LTD is released from all financial liability, fraud, and arbitration. By using this layaway plan you agree to use it within compliance of Arizona state laws and regulations.

Merchandise on layaway will not be marked down. Refunds will only be provided in the form of merchandise credit. Service, sales, and cancellation fees are subject to tax where applicable. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at LTDefense.shop You may withdraw your consent at any time. By providing your phone number you are agreeing to receive automated messages that your layaway is approaching the 30-day expiration.
